The fully galvanised steel portal frame has a pinned base and low foundation loadings incurring lower costs, especially on ground in need of piling. It is manufactured to comply with all aspects of BS 5950, and we supply full structural calculations for Building Regulations approval.

The building can be clad with box profile sheet steel with either Plastisol or colour coated finish in a variety of colours. One hour fire rated walls can be incorporated, complying with Building Regulations and certified by Warrington Fire Research Establishment.

The buildings are erected on site by our factory trained staff, and can normally be supplied within 6 to 8 weeks from the initial order.  We can give assistance with both planning permission and Building Regulation applications, if required.

All our quotations are fully detailed and include a building specification together with plan and elevation drawings and a suggested foundation detail (subject to  ground conditions on the site). All the information you will require is provided - there are no hidden extras.
